SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

Water is produced by multiple wells located within the Aston Estates development. The water is pumped into a concrete reservoir and then delivered to consumers via a network of main lines that follow county road rights-of-way and the access alley.

Alpine Environmental collects one sample for coliform bacteria each month. This sample is rotated between three collection sites within the system. An annual test for nitrate is collected from the source. Every three years or more, tests for metals and minerals, petroleum products, and radioactive particles are collected. Results of the most recent testing are summarized in the Consumer Confidence Report.
